So a few days ago i had my bag/folder stolen while I was in the library.
Not 100% sure if its him, but some guy asked if he could take the chair opposite me. I didn't think anything of it and let the guy take it. 10mins past and i realized my bag wasn't by my feet anymore.

I had my macbook, 3 sketch books, wallet, hard drive all in that folder/bag.
I told the library and reported to the police, but it feels like they can't do much.

whats really upsetting is that all my work was in there, literally 100's of hours of work gone, something money can't replace.
Most of my illustrations i was working on to post on my DA is gone now, but lucky i still have a couple of them backed up on another hard drive. so I'll post those up later.

learn from my really expensive lesson
moral of the story: only take the bare minimum you need when going out, don't trust strangers, keep back ups of EVERYTHING, and finally dress like a hobo (that way no one will want to steal from you cause they'd feel too bad about it)
